Bayo Tunde Fasinro was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and moved to Minnesota as a boy. Born into a family of readers, Bayo dreamt of being a novelist, and The Man from Lagos wouldn’t have been possible without the support of relatives and friends.
Besides writing fiction and screenplays, he has worked in the IT field at Fortune 500 companies for over twenty years. He met his future wife, Betsy at Minnesota State University, Mankato. The two now live in Brooklyn Park, either shoveling the driveway in snow season or going for bike rides during mosquito season.
